These classes suit practitioners who have been attending classes consistently for a minimum of 1 year. We will be using general-intermediate level asana and pranayama techniques.

To ‘sustain’ is to suffer or endure, but also to carry, comfort and support. In this 6 week series, we focus on building strength and endurance both physically and mentally. Using progressively longer holds or more repetitions of targeted asana, we will work on increasing the strength of our back, core, hips, knees and shoulders. Using meditation and pranayama techniques, we will also increase our mental and emotional resilience, enabling us to better withstand stress and change.
You can join the class live online, or receive the recorded practice to enjoy in your own time, or both!
