These classes suit practitioners who have been attending classes consistently for a minimum of 1 year. We will be using general-intermediate level asana and pranayama techniques.

“Yoga to Manage your Mental State”
In this set of 6 classes we focus on how we can use targeted asana, pranayama, mantra and meditation techniques to cultivate specific ways of feeling, and alleviate others, so that we may become the master of our own state of mind. Classes are taught within a dynamic vinyasa format suitable for general-intermediate level students.
