Suitable for general-Intermediate level students. These two hour classes are a body/mind/spirit work out!

Dive into deep, mindful movement and breath. Learn to focus, with synchronised breath and movement. You will be given multiple options for each pose to enable safe and progressive improvement. We begin with pranayama and slow warm ups, followed by sun salutes, standing postures and balances (always the option to rest is there). Then we move into focused floor work including abdominal strength, chest opening and seated forward bends. Finally we move into inverted postures, pranayama and relaxation. All led with refined and precise verbal instructions from senior teacher, teacher trainer and yoga therapist, Flo Fenton, who has 30 years experience. You are in safe hands.
