These 4- 5 week courses provide an opportunity for beginners to learn the basics in a small, safe group environment, with the benefit of close supervision and input from the teacher, making them accessible and safe. Also perfect for those who like to take things more slowly, or perhaps have specific limitations in their practice that they want to get to grips with. THIS COURSE IS NOW LIVE ONLINE ON ZOOM. You just need an internet connection and a device with mic and video, a space in which to practice and preferably some equipment.
A yoga mat
